Jose Escalante finished out the 2010 season very well (1.012 OPS). Reached his career best in 2011 (.328 AVG, .446 OBP, .968 OPS, 86 RBI), though he had hit a career high 24 HR in 2010. He hit well in 2012 (.913 OPS) and 2013 (.856 OPS). Played in the 2011 and 2012 all-star games. Was traded to Lupin (November 15, 2011), then to Seoul (January 30, 2013), then to Fushigi Yugi (July 31, 2013), before retiring January 1, 2015.
Tomiji Watanabe batted well (.287 AVG, .874 OPS) 2011 through 2014. He was traded to Kure (March 14, 2011). Won the 2011 SSG Shinjinshou. Played in the 2013 all-star game. Missed more than 8 weeks on the DL in 2014.
