Sadao Agano remained in the minors before retiring (10/21/2013).
Dave Frost had 16 good at bats with Naha before returning to the minors, then retiring (10/19/2012).

Kenzaburo Tanaka did not pitch so well for Shin Seiki, being traded later in the season (7/31/2010) to Kure where he pitched well for the remainder of 2010, and had a decent seasons in 2011.  He pitched poorly in 2012 where he was used more as a reliever.  He was claimed off waivers by Fushigi Yugi on 5/14/2013, where he had good (3.20 ERA  11-8 W-L) and decent (4.12 ERA 11-8 W-L) 2013 and 2014 seasons primarily as a starter.
Ieyasu Yamauchi has not pitched in the majors since the trade.
